We’re Building Something for Families Like Ours

This site started as a place to share our family’s real life: the travel, the unschooling, the crafts, the cereal-for-dinner nights. And that’s still what it is.

But the more we share, the more we hear from other families going through the same things. Parents figuring out screen time. Homeschoolers wondering if they’re doing enough. Families trying to make travel work on a real budget. People who just want to hear “yeah, us too.”

So we’re building a community where families can actually connect.

The community is not open yet. We’re planning to launch in May 2026 on Skool.

What we have in mind

This is not a parenting course or a how-to program. It’s a place for families to show up, share what’s working (and what isn’t), and help each other out.

  • A place to ask family questions and get real answers from parents who’ve been there
  • Activity and craft ideas that families have actually tried
  • Travel tips and trip planning help from families who travel
  • Unschooling and homeschooling discussions without judgment
  • A space to share wins, big and small

No homework. No pressure to post every day. Just families helping families.

What it will cost

The website stays free. The community will have a small monthly membership fee to keep it focused and spam-free.

We’re still working out the details, but we want it to be affordable for real families. Think less than a pizza dinner, not a subscription box.

Who this is for

  • Parents who want to connect with other families doing similar things
  • Homeschooling and unschooling families who want a judgment-free space
  • Crafters, travelers, and makers who want to share ideas
  • Anyone who reads this site and thinks “I wish I could talk to these people”

Probably not the right fit if

  • You’re looking for a structured curriculum or certification
  • You want expert advice from licensed professionals (we’re just a family sharing what works for us)

Want to know when it opens?

We’ll share the news right here on the site and in our Family Notes . Keep visiting and you won’t miss it.
