Product Replacement & Refund Policy

At Chrisanne's Life, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. This policy outlines our procedures for product replacements and subscription cancellations.
1. General Policy
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for any of our products or services. We may offer replacements for damaged physical products under specific circumstances.
2. Physical Products (Vinyl Decals & Stickers)
While we do not accept returns, we understand that occasionally products may arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. In these cases, we offer replacement items under the following conditions:
- Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged item
- You must provide detailed information about how the item was applied/used
- All replacement requests must include your order number
Replacement Request Process:
- Email chrisanneslife@gmail.com with subject line "Replacement Request - [Order Number]"
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Provide a detailed description of the application process you used
- Include any relevant information about storage conditions or handling
Note: Replacements are issued at our discretion and only after reviewing the provided information and photos.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds are available for any digital products
- Technical download issues will be resolved through customer support
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device meets the requirements for using digital products
4. Consulting Services
Please note the following regarding consulting services:
- No refunds are provided for consulting services rendered
- Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will not be rescheduled
5. Subscriptions
Our subscription cancellation policy is as follows:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
- After cancellation, you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- Example: If you cancel an annual subscription in month 3, you maintain access until the end of the 12-month period, but the subscription will not renew
